These are full body fitness workouts that contain a stomach/abs workout, fat burning (high intensity training), circuit training, sprints and punching the pads.
The aim is to dramatically increase your fitness levels and to tone your body up as quickly as we can.
All the sessions follow the same format except for Thursday's session at High Green. This session is a Martial Arts based fitness workout where you will be doing lots of kicks & punches against the pads & strikeshields
